Mrs. Unger-Teasley was part of the design team with the Office of Academic Enhancement that proposed Frazier International Magnet School in 2007.

Mr. Faren D'Abell, IB Coordinator, Service Learning Coach, Leadership Team
Mr. D'Abell is an alum of the Academy for Urban School Leadership and has successfully improved student outcomes in several underperforming CPS schools including Chicago's first turnaround school. D'Abell is well-educated, having received his MA in Teaching from National Louis University and dozens of hours of graduate coursework beyond his Masters degree, D'Abell is completing another Masters degree in Educational Leadership.
D'Abell preaches and practices making learning experiences that are "real" for students. His business and media careers prior to education help Mr. D'Abell convey the importance of education to real world situations. His position as IB Coordinator, lead teacher, and lead data analyst come together to help teachers create advanced international curricula that are both meaningful to students and that challenge students at appropriate levels. Mr. D'Abell is instrumental in community outreach efforts, fundraising, teacher professional development, curriculum design, and international mindedness of Frazier students.
